Chap 06 - The President (Concetta Alfaro)

THE PRESIDENT (Concetta Alfaro)
The Chancellor of Malta Felice Catalano, 21 October 1988 in response to the request received, asserts that the foundation has not, at present, the available funds from the bequest, and that as soon as it becomes available, will not fail to follow the will of the illustrious dead.
But, to date, June 2006, the Order of Malta has not yet done so, as we read from the text which I transcribe:

Dear Madam,
the Grand Magistrate of SMO of Malta has in mind the general objectives contained in the provisions of the wills of worthy MATILDA MARESCA SERRACAPRIOLA and will not fail to take into consideration the compliance of The aforementioned provisions to which she chaired.
I'm sure she will understand how the legacy of real property is not in itself in financial assets, but I wish to assure you that as soon as the Foundation will begin to receive that availability will not begin to give effect to the will of the illustrious dead.
Without wishing to limit the scope of our future work, I would let you note that bequests estate with similar provisions for the elderly have been allocated by the City of Sorrento MATILDA.
With kindest regards.

Felice Catalano
