In reference to your inquiry of January 15, 1998 prot. 1328 states as follows:
LEGACY 'OF ELENA MARESCA SERRACAPRIOLA

Following the death of Helen of ND Serracapriola was published the testament dated 12 November 1984 which, among other things, the foundation was established MARIAE DOMUS OF ELENA SERRACAPRIOLA as sole heir.
In it, among other states, "The foundation will use in the city of Sorrento is located in the building called Palazzo Correale Piazza Tasso".
Everything will be valid until it City defender and promoter of cultural foundation related to the aims of the organization.
With this act was intended to set up a legacy admission of Anthony Sorrentino as the sum of 15,000,000 lire from reevaluate annually with reference to the cost of living.
The wills of Helen of NB Serracapriola were challenged by the natural heirs (the judgment hung before the 1 st Section of the Civil Court of Naples, then transferred to the Court of Torre Annunziata.
The legacy has been declared lying and the lawyer has been appointed liquidator. Julius GOMEZ of AYALA.
State is not given to know the outcome of the case which is still pending. Each determination is left to the final outcome of the latter.
Please note that on the establishment of the Foundation there is no obligation on the part of the Administration, having to turn the procedures of the cases, the liquidator of the inheritance lying.
With testamentary disposition of Mrs. MATILDA OF MARESCA SERRACAPRIOLA published by the notary Adolfo Cannavale pasta with the minutes of January 4, 1985, n. 8084 rep. E n. 1886 collection was arranged in favor of the City of Sorrento bare ownership of a property located on the Cape no. 10 with beneficial attributed to professor. Vittorio Fabrizio and ownership of a site to ranean via the Cape no. 12.
The City Council with no action. 184/89 accepted the legacy and the Town Council by resolution no. 1036/89 the notary appointed Ugo De Cesare for the rest of the obligations pursuant to the related provisions in favor of the City;

On April 28, 1993 was received in this municipality, on behalf of Mr. Roman and Nicola Serracapriola Maresca, known Att.
