ACT OF CHARGE AND COMPLAINT
The undersigned Luigi Milano, born in Sorrento on 11 January 1932 and there domiciled at Via Nastro Verde 70, retired, with plans to produce this document, as in effect it produces, accusation and complaint against the Government and the people who were responsible Justice of offenses deemed codesta charge.
It is assumed that the events of that question you have in the past affected the organs of local and national press as well as with Parliamentary questions and always with negative results.

THE FACTS
In 1985 decedevano in Sorrento and the ND Matilde Elena Maresca Serracapriola and March 25 respectively, the first and the second on April 25, where their remarkable and historic heritage, disposed of them in favor of the City of Sorrento to help Sorrento and the elderly to the Sovereign Order of the Knights of Malta.

The bound for the City of Sorrento were:
bare ownership of a property in Sorrento Via Capo n. 10;
held at a warehouse in Sorrento Via Capo n .. 12;
The historic building at Piazza Tasso in Sorrento called "Palazzo Correale";
Admission to St. Anthony Sorrentino for the elders of the city, a legacy of 15,000,000 lire annually adjusted.

At the Sovereign Order of the Knights of Malta:
Part of the agricultural property together with the renowned Villa "The Sorito" and the bottom, now used as a tourist village with the name "Santa Fortunata" located at the Cape of Sorrento, whose assets should be part of the "Foundation Maresca Serracapriola Matilda" with express ban the sale and the obligation to help seniors and protect the integrity of Sorrento landscape and environment of the area.

Results
Today, fifteen years later, the wills of two philanthropists Sorrento are broken. In fact:
The "foundation" has not been perfected, so the goods entrusted to the Sovereign Order of Malta could not be managed and the contract with Mr. novantanovennale. John Russo, the current councilor for the City of Sorrento, is illegitimate.
THE City of Sorrento came not in possession of the property received by will, so that the City said it had instructed the lawyer. Ernesto Procaccino of Naples to continue the legal procedures for the possession of the inheritance of Serracapriola Maresca.
The Shelter "letters" of the elderly Sorrento, to date, has not received a penny of the legacy due.
It is not known by whom the goods are handled, revenue has never been presented a regular performance accounting.
We have undertaken only the allocation of immovable property for the families of the deceased, as well as by will.

REQUESTS
It requires that the magistrate or tribunal, wilt detection and investigation in order to shed light on all transactions and activities to take place, because, apparently, that private interests of some local people considered "powerful" have been privileged to the detriment of the elderly Sorrento .
The use of such protests is dictated by the invitation addressed to Sorrento by the same donor as expressed in his will that: "In Sorrento we entrust the defense to respect the integrity, in particular, of the Cape of Sorrento."
