These are the facts:

After several months the rag. Luigi Milan, having been informed of the facts narrated before, went to the Court for news.
With amazement, he learned that the file had been sent by PM to GIP with Dr. Thomas MIRANDA archive request. Shocked by the news learned the rag. Luigi Milan reasoned objection against the proposed request for storage, with the express invitation to make an additional inquiry delegated to the Judicial Police outside the area.
In June 2002, he learned that the GIP MIRANDA Dr. Thomas had stopped the proceedings.
Elected in May 2002, the undersigned, as President of the Social Center of the Third Age, reading the dossier concerning the succession of the deceased MATILDA, found that: the establishment of the Foundation "MATILDA MARESCA SERRACAPRIOLA" which would provide the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, also for the purpose of helping the Elders Sorrento, to date there appears to have been established in a legally protectable body and organized under the laws of the Italian State.
For this reason, the property left by will be donated to the town of Sorrento Sorrento Assistance to the Elderly by the Socio-Cultural Center of the Third Age of Sorrento.
