Chapter 21 - The Third Chamber of the Strasbourg Court

After about two years and exactly 10 February 2005, the Third Circuit Court notified the negative in order to use the device, which I think should bring:

Dear Sir,
I inform you that on February 4, 2005 the European Court of Human Rights, in the council chamber by a committee composed of three judges (L.Caflisch, President, and David Thor M.Tsatsa-Nikolovska Bjorgvinsson) under the combined Articles 27 and 28 of the Convention, declared inadmissible the appeal, resulting not fulfilled the conditions laid down in Articles 34 or 35 of the Convention.
Taking into account all the evidence available, and within its jurisdiction in the circumstances described, the Court found no clear violation of the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols.
The Court's decision is final and can not be reviewed before the Court, including the Great Room, or other organs. The Court of Chancery will not be able to supply any further details on the resolutions adopted by the Committee, nor to respond to any letters you might send regarding the decision rendered in this action. You will not receive additional documents from the Court in relation to this decision and in accordance with the directives of the Court, your file will be destroyed within one year from the date of despatch of this letter.
